Registration process

You first identify the number of spots you desire in each program and provide payment information and contact information including an email address. Please ensure this email address is entered correctly

 

Do not use the apostrophe or double quote character in any text field.



Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email identifying your order number, the camper spot(s) by program you have reserved and payment details. Please check your Spam folder if you don't see this email soon after this step. THIS EMAIL INCLUDES A LINK TO THE REGISTRATION DETAIL form. At your earliest convenience, please enter information for each camper including Name(s) instrument(where applicable) age, experience and contact info/special notes. Please read the detailed instructions available on this form. A separate form submission is required for each camper. 

 

You can review the information submitted at a later date by following this same link. If any changes are required, please let us know via the website contact form.

 

Payments

Payment is due on registration. On-line payment is preferred.

 

If paying by cheque

·  Payee and address information are in the email receipt you receive.

·  Payments must be received by July 1st unless explicit arrangements have been made with the registrar/treasurer. If there is an active wait-list for the program, this registration will move to the wait list.

 Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel prior to July 1 - refund of all but $50 management fee.
• July 1 or later - no refund, a tax receipt for charitable donation will apply
• If camp is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

Summer Music Is Not A Residential Camp!

• Students age 12 and older  -  SUMMER MUSIC is only responsible for student supervision during daily classes at our venues: 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon; and 1:00 PM to 3:45PM.
• Students age 11 and younger - are supervised from 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM(Noon for Tots 'n Tunes) continuously.

Except for Tots 'n Tunes, classes begin at 9:00 AM and run until 3:45 PM for the week.
Tots & Tunes is a morning program only running from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
The Tots & Tunes Gala is on Friday morning at SDSS

Monday between 8:30 and 9 AM -  please check in at the registration desk for your location 

 

SUMMER MUSIC office volunteers and teaching faculty leave the building at 4:00 PM.
