Beginning Instrumental

Ages 10-14 yrs (i.e., going into Grade 5 and up)

This program offers instruction on a woodwind or brass instrument, and more! Students who have very little or no experience on a woodwind or brass instrument are encouraged to register in this program! By the end of the week, students will know the basics of an instrument of their choosing. Instruments include: flute, clarinet, trumpet, saxophone, horn, trombone, baritone and tuba. 

 

Instruments are provided. No experience is required as this is a beginning instrument program.

If a student would like to learn percussion, they will sign up for the instrumental program -percussion studio.

If your child has been learning a wind instrument in their music class this year, and can play more than 5 notes, they are encouraged to register in the instrumental program studio for their instrument. ​

Classes begin at 9:00 AM and run until 3:45 PM for the week.
