Program Registration
Summer Music Camp has been an unforgettable experience for so many people over the decades. Adults have found a renewed sense of purpose and parents see their kids gain skills and a new sense of confidence with each new generation of campers.

Before you register...
We have introduced a new registration process this year. A summary description will appear when you click the registration button below.
We do recommend you use a desktop/laptop/tablet device if at all possible rather than a smartphone - especially for your initial registration.
NOTE ON CAMP HOURS
When camp starts, please check in at the registration desk for your location on Monday between 8:30 and 9:00 AM.
All our programs except Tots ‘n Tunes begin at 9:00 AM and finish at 3:45 PM every day. Tots & Tunes is only in the morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and their gala is held Friday morning at SDSS (Saugeen District Senior School).
STUDENT SUPERVISION
Summer Music Camp is a day camp. Students do not stay overnight with us and provide their own snacks and lunch.

For students 11 and younger: We supervise students from 9:00 AM until pickup time at 3:45 PM through the week.

For students 12 and older: We supervise students only during classes at our venues, which go 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM to 3:45 PM each day.
Summer Music office volunteers and teaching faculty leave for the day at 4:00 PM.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due on registration. Online payment at the time of registration is preferred.
You can also pay by cheque, but you won’t secure your spot until we have received payment. If you have registered for a program that reaches capacity before your cheque is received, you will be notified and have 7 days to complete payment - otherwise your request will be moved to the waitlist.
If you are on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will be notified and have 7 days to complete payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before July 1, you’ll get a full refund minus a $50 management fee.

If you cancel on July 1 or after, you will not get a refund but we will send you a tax receipt for a charitable donation.

If we cancel camp altogether, you’ll receive a full refund (no management fee).

Program Age limits.
Unless stated otherwise, program age limits(lower and upper) are at year-end of the camp year.
Other Notes
T-Shirts - All campers receive a camp Tshirt specific to the camp year. Please be sure to identify the size when you register. Although clothing sizing is an imperfect art these days, a sizing chart can be found here
