Jazz - Instrumental

All Ages but some familiarity with reading sheet music etc.​

Students enrolled in Vocal Jazz engage in learning the facets of a vocal jazz performance. Through the repertoire of the Great American Songbook, participants learn the platforms of vocal jazz style and technique. Participants also prepare for a live vocal jazz performance at the Friday Gala, with lessons on microphone technique, lyric and musical expression, leading and singing with a jazz combo, and more!

Singers of ALL levels are welcome.

Classes begin at 9:00 AM and run until 3:45 PM for the week. 

Cost: $370 per student
